Had the worse customer service this afternoon after waiting for more than 30 minutes to open investment account for my son. The guy by Simon Xulu did not even had the audacity to apologise on behalf of the bank for the long wait instead he sounded more irritated to be allocated customers that he was not meant to serve. At the end of the day after waiting that long, I could not be helped, what a waste of my time. Will never ever go to Gateway branch
