Not worth wile to try and phone, unless you want to listen to "We listened" etc. Rather just answer the phone, that's why I call you, to talk and for you to listen to me not me listening to you

Had to wait over 45 to see someone about my business account, then they were too inexperienced to help me. Was told to make an appointment and someone would come to our offices. On trying to do so, their phone just plays a loop over and over and never rings. Very disappointed in their service for business.

The worst banking experience I have ever encountered. Shocking service and the staff do not give a hoot about it. I went into the branch to update my email address and phone number at the beginning of August. I waited just under an hour... they did it, but incorrectly. I only noticed once I got home.I tried to sort it out telephonically and again they did it incorrectly and were insistent that it was done.I was forced to go into the branch again today and had to wait for well over an hour before I was attended to. The customer consultant I did see, was rude and inefficient. I eventually sorted it out. A process that can take a few minutes to sort out took 3 days. Totally unacceptable....What a joke !!!

It is not the greatest branch, they should do better. They need to check the flow, and have more staff to assist, accordingly, I don't see how it can be so difficult to do, I was satisfied at least I was able to make a cash deposit at the ATM, you could get a lot more stars, having to seat for long inside and seeing not enough staff to help the customers is not good, they have to fix this

Avoid this branch at all costs .. arrogant staff and huge time delays . Can not even begin to compare to the friendliness and overall professionalism of Edenvale, van Riebeeck Mall.

I also went to "the revamped Nedbank" at Bedford Center on a Saturday morning just to collect a card and sat for over an hour! There was also only what looked like 1 teller dealing with this. When I arrived there I was 3rd in line and it took over an hour to do my 5 minute business. Before the bank was revamped, one had far better service on a Saturday and you didn't have to sit around wasting time or you could decide to come back if the queue was too long.What I don't understand, is why they have less staff on a Saturday because so many people can only go on a Saturday as they work during the week....this doesn't make any sense at all! I always enjoyed going there to do my banking but now I have changed my mind. I guess all the other branches have the same poor Saturday service.

Ditto...worst bank! Wanted to open an account with them. Only one person to assist on a Saturday morning. Queue doesn't move. Had a ticket to see them and walked out the bank to do other things in the mean time. Got back just past 12, and the security guard refused to let me in even though my number hadn't been called yet. There were still customers in the bank. He wouldn't even hear what I had to say. Just rudely looked at me through the glass door. If Nedbank chase new customers away...imagine how they treat their existing customers.
