Overall Feedback:
Worst bank branch I have EVER visited. Waiting time for a simple card collection exceeds 90 minutes. 3 tellers out of 16 tellers open. This was not the first time I have experienced this. What makes it worse is that they have no system in helping the elderly or disabled in an effective manner. Terrible! Nedbank, rather close your branch as it is effectively useless anyway.
