I actually wish I can give them a negative 5 stars. Paid my lien off for my vehicle in June was told 3 times that it would be in the mail within 10 days. Finally found out they had lost my title. They did send me the information to get a new title.. but this has cost me $15 for the new title in the loss of 2 hours of pay. How am I supposed to recover my $60? I would suggest you to go to a payday loan instead of this company they're worthless in garbage. Nearly four months to get a title and over three to admit that they have lost it absolutely ridiculous

I hate this loan company. Seriously? You call because I’m late. They start calling the day after I am late and don’t stop. I let them know my current position on being under doctors restrictions and such and they still do not care. I’ve called my loan officer back 4x today. Between the harassing phone callas about being late and threatening to REPO my car after being a month late which is so unheard of, I can’t wait to pay it off.

Let's discuss incompetence shall we? Paid off my vehicle on July 19th 2018, today is August 20th 2018 and no title. Contact Morris Plan to inquire where the title is, they state that they mailed the title on August 1st. Asked for tracking number, they state that they do not put a tracking number on their mail. So, we have here a title to a vehicle, a rather important document, and they don't put a tracking number on it? They then instruct me to contact the post office because it is no longer their problem since its been mailed. They then inform me that they will send me a letter of lien release and that I can go get my own title at the cost of $100. So, here we are, I have to pay out additional money because the level of inferior mental capacity runs rather high at this establishment. Rather sad as this is the third loan I've had through them and I've never had a problem prior, but hey, at least this narrows down where I will go for my next vehicle loan.

Even if this is your last opportunity, STAY AWAY PLEASE. Literally one of the worst financial businesses I know. Terre Haute is just as corrupt as it was in the 1920s. The city will never grow if the people who are taking advantage of the city are still in power.

This company is a sham. I have been asking for my 10 day payoff amount so I can refinance my car through my bank. They said I do not want to do that and have not given me me payoff amount. That's just to start.. Recently they made a mistake and had my car repoed, I was current on my payments, I had to pay $395 to the repo company, and it dropped my credit score 171 points.. I put may calls into them to fix what they did and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do to fix what they have done to my credit or for the $395 that I had to pay the repo company to bring back my car!

Thank you! Just paid off my vehicle today! Without this place i wouldnt of had this opportunity. There were times people were human and maybe in a bad mood but thats everyone. They truly worked with me even when i was unemployed for 2 months. Thank you.

Paid my truck off in September 2017. They mailed my title and it was lost in the mail if they even mailed it and informed me I would have to pay for lost title. Never even touched the title that they had in there possession. 2 they still haven’t closed my account never missed a payment and paid it off early and it still shows open with a balance. Changed my address with them have been living in same house for 5 years and they never corrected it. They shouldn’t be allowed to loan money nor should they be allowed to call there self a bank.

John Morris alone has ruined this company for me. I don't know what kind of depressing life he has at home, but he's doing his best to spread it. How does one work in cusomer service and have NO customer service skills what so ever. This is the most unhelpful, most unfriendly, most unconcerning person that they have the audacity to choose to employ with dealing with their customers.
