I've never had an issue with The Morris plan until 2 weeks ago. They recently switched to the most annoying automated voice system for over the phone payments opposed to their much more friendly lady that greeted you with her name and took down all your info then in 3 minutes of calling you had made a payment and finished. This voice system is just so impersonal that I lost so much respect for a place I've been using over the past 3 and a half years I would've given them a solid 4 star based on the fact I have to pay a 5 dollar over the phone fee for payment. Following the voice system it is 8 dollars and some odd cents. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED.
