Worst company to go and send your money with don’t ever use money gram today I tried to send a transaction they took the money out my account declined my transaction and after close my online account money gram is the worst company in the United States to use to send money I would never recommend someone to use MoneyGram if you go ahead and use MoneyGram you’re wasting your time wasting your effort and also wasting your money this is the worst company in the world customer service is zero I would never advise any of my friends or family to use money gram

Worst Customer Service no escalation process that resolves anything wouldnt recommend to anyone. the rep on the phone gave me the wrong instructions and i had to pay for it .

I'm having the worst experience ever with your company. I'm waiting for my money since 2 weeks now!! All I get from your customer service is "please wait, we're taking care of the situation". I don't want to wait anymore. I will go to the court because its simply unacceptable. I didnt pay my rent, my food and the bill for my brother who is at the hospital. I WANT MY MONEY and I hope that you will think of compensate me. I will never deal with you again.

Moneygram uses Telecheck to processes checks. My first transaction was declined because they "were unable to verify my checking account information", even though the account info was 100% correct. Moneygram told me to call Telecheck, Which sent me through a vortex of options inapplicable to my situation. After 30 minutes, I found a rep through the fraud department who transferred me to someone who spoke difficult-to-understand, broken English. After relating my problem, the rep instructed me to "try again in 7 days" and hung up on me. I won't try again and I won't be doing business with Moneygram or Telecheck in the future.

Placed initial order for there own reasons didn't pay took 3 attempts to retrieve my money back .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BE DEALING WITH THEM .EVEN WHEN TRYING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT PERSON TOTALLY UNHELPFUL . WASTED MY TINE FROM START TO FINISH WITH THEM UP TO TODAY 20 MAY 2018

So my wife was sending money to her brother in law in Florida on 4/22/18 my wife gets a call from Money Gram they interrogated her for 25 mins then say they will not process her request they think it’s a fraud. So she said that’s not right but if you refund my money in Texas so I can pick it up I will do that so we get back to Texas go to Money Gram they didn’t do what my wife asked them to do they sent it back to Oklahoma. The lady worked at walmart sat for two hours on the phone trying to fix the issue and then she said it’s good but not the money gram person on the phone messed up and so now it’s been over 48 hours and still have not got back or $1880 dollars her brother in law still needs the money so am going to call the Channel 5 news and all the others and get my lawyer involved it now 4/24/18 and they told it could take another 24 to 48 hours I will never us them again

Mark Gorney this shady dude that use to work for MoneyGram , he use to lock agents on lengthy contracts without telling them, now he works for Continental Money Order Company in Santa Ana, California probably got fired from MoneyGram . Bradley Hauser President of Continental Money Order hired him becasue Mark Gorney has all acct contacts for Moneygram agents and is gone try to sign them up. Also Mark Gorney is telling all MoneyGram and Ria agents that this 2 companies are merging and going to raise all the fees for Agents.

Very poor service. I spent 2 hours and could not get my money sent. Customer service is based in Central America. I kept transferring to "supervisors" until I reached "Frank" who said he was the highest supervisor there. Frank could not fix my problem and would not give his last name or his superior's name. The supervisors all said there is no one in the US who does customer service. In addition, some supervisors' English was hard to understand. Very disappointed. I had an error that would not allow me to send money for the stated $20 fee. I think I will try the Western Union website for now. I hope this review gives vital feedback to the company and to potential users. This might be a good service, but I personally had a bad experience. Thank you.

Piss poor customer service no one should have to speak with 5 different people and still not get your issue resolved!!! They said go to a money gram center.
