This company is a COMPLETE JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME. Do not let take your money and DONOT LET THEM SELL YOU A CARD MACHINE, you are STUCK with it ! They will hold funds and not tell you. They will also push your concerns aside and monopolize your TIME AND MONEY! The RISK DEPARTMENT is a joke. They are READY TO TELL YOU WHY THEY TOOK YOUR MONEY. HOWEVER WHEN IT IS TIME TO RETURN IT, they push you around like a you aren't anything but gum on the bottom of their shoes! WORST MERCHANT COMPANY EVER! I WILL BE REPORTING ITS practices to the BBB! DISHONEST UNREASONABLE FEES, DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, DOES NOT RETURN CALLS ! DOESN'T HOLD ANYONE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER ACTIONS ! THEY ARE CHEAP AND ITS FOR A REASON !!!!

This company calls me day after day, month after month!!! I explain to them that no one in my industry takes credit cards... Everything is direct invoicing and payment... they say I will take you off our list... then the very next day they call me again. Not sure how many phone jockey's they have working there but it must be a lot! This company needs to be sued for harassment! I have had so many calls and they just don't get it... I would NEVER do Business with such an unorganized rude company as these guys!!!!! OMG!!! Get your s--t together!

Given the complaints and the poor customer service I just experienced, this company is a scam... they know what they're doing to people and they dont care....This company is terrible! They ROBBED me 2 years later AFTER I cancelled my account... I just got charged $132.94 for "late fees" from "June"... June? I cancelled my account and sent in all of the paperwork back in 2017 after only having the device for 2-3 months but only used 1 swipe on it, hence why I turned it in. Customer service was the WORST... they just kept repeating, "the computer doenst show you cancelled the account" I asked if I sent in my paperwork and the device and someone there didnt do their job, how is this my fault? they would just repeat, "the computer doenst show..." it was VERY frustrating.......... AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could give negative stars I would. These people scammed me for over 2000 dollars they are liars they told me no contract, yea right! They told me they wouldn't bill me until they set things up, yea right! Than would not let me cancel, than they charged me hidden fees, they were charging me when I never even used there processor not one time never even plugged it in. I changed my banking information so they couldn't charge me anymore they went in under another name before I noticed I had given them over 2000 dollars. I filed a police report just to file I guess a bunch of people sued them just got a check fir 54 dollars wish I would of known there was a suit I would of sent in my documents and got back my 2 grand. Run run run from them

Customer service is very disappointing. I have been on hold, for the better part of the day, waiting to talk to someone in customer service. After a thirty minute hold, then a two hour hold, I finally gave up and called again asking for the receptionist. I asked if I could talk to someone live, because I have been on hold for the past two hours. She informed me that she didn't receive any complaints about anyone being on hold for an extended amount of time. HELLO! I am complaining... Anyways, she said she would give my information on to a manager and they will call me back and she will transfer me over to customer service once again, so they can assist me. As I write this review, it is currently one hour later and no one has answered yet (Little note here for Merchants Choice... If you are going to put people on hold for extended amount of hours, please invest in some decent music, for your listeners.).So needless to say, Merchants Choice, you need to work on your customer service skills and relations with your clients. As the saying goes, time is money. If you cannot spend the time with your clients and meet their needs, in a satisfactory manner, you have just wasted your clients time. Which means, they have lost money. If your clients lose money, in return, you yourself will lose money from; 1. bad reviews, 2. missed opportunities and 3. losing clients who will cancel their contracts. As a company, you should know it's basic Business 101 on how to treat your clientele. Oh and phone etiquette, should also be on your list of things to improve. If need be, YouTube has plenty of training videos, for you to use during an employee training course. So if anyone is reading this review, please be advised, there are other companies that provide better service at lower rates and show that they, as a business, value you as their customer.

This company calls, calls, then calls again. I’ve requested more than 5 X (when I’ve answered, which I mostly don’t do) to take me off their list. The woman today actually laughed, then got flippant, then wasn’t ready for me letting her have it. On the App “Hiya” they are listed over 45X as SCAM/FRAUD. This company is not to be trusted and will not stop calling you. They should have some kind of legal trouble. Can’t show photo here but I can prove it.
