Unfortunate to read some of the reviews. I have been a sales rep for them and 90% of my appointments have been solid. On a rare occasion I have had an appointment that did not agree to see me. Chris, Josh, Cliff and rest of the staff have always been great. I truly believe it is the agent that misrepresents the company. I have been in the industry for 9 years and I have seen and heard just about everything that can be said and done, and in MOST cases it's the agent. That being said there are companies that are dishonest and it saddens me to see this. Mike, Maryland
