I did an application for a loan last week they was so great on helping me and my husband get one when everyone would tell us no, they walked us through everything that was needed a simple task we thank them for it all in the end we will reach our goal that we have set out for. Update on 2018/25/10.> They do not report to all three credit bureaus so if you are looking to buy a house and as anyone knows when appling for a mortgage they pull all three so just having a loan report to just two is a waste of time. They charge 3 a month for paper statement they do not tell you up front just be warned

Worst customer service!!!Tried to deposit personal check into business account. Did not have account number but explained this to Casedy @WH branch. Gave ID and check that was labeled accordingly. She then deposits the check into the same personal account the check is written from. After I notice the error I returned and she laughed saying she couldn't find the business account so she deposited it back into the personal account. I asked why didn't she ask me for more info or ask someone for help and she laughed and said sorry.

If I could give 0 star's or negative stars I would. This place is a nightmare. Had a car loan with them for 3 year on auto pay and one day went to go to work and my car was repossessed. Without any warning. I was not behind on payments. I have my bank statements showing I paid every month. I am a single mom with a toddler my car seat was in my car and everything. Took 3 business days to figure it out and still haven't gotten to the bottom of it. The morning it happened I called as soon as they opened at 9 am and was put on hold for 20 plus minutes only to be connected to some jerk who said he couldn't help me with the repo process until after 12. I said okay we'll deal with that then first I need to figure out why this happened and how you're showing I owe 800 dollars. He told me he could not help me and then after I asked to speak to a manager he said no and hung up on me. I call back and speak to a manager who said she can't pull my account history back to the very beginning because she doesn't have time right now. I told her I need this figured out I am without a way to transport my daughter and me anywhere. She tells me she can't handle this over the phone but I'm more than welcome to come in to the office...... am I supposed to teliport there? I don't have a car. I kept calling and getting voice-mails. It's been 3 days still trying to figure this out. Left voice-mail and haven't heard back. This place is pathetic and the customer service is unbelievable.

Magnify is a ridiculous excuse for a credit union. Their online capabilities are abysmal. Getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. If you want access to your own money, find a different place to bank. They have a million policies and rules that are over-the-top and frustrating. You can only spend a low amount on a debit card without calling to get a higher spending limit each and every time. That's IF the branch is open. Don't try this while holiday shopping on a weekend!! They'll put extraordinarily long holds on checks (payroll checks from large corporations, it's obviously a good check, funds have been released from the originating account, and verifiable with a simple phone call). Nope! Instead, you must wait two weeks to have access to ANY of your funds (which won't earn interest or be useful as payable for bills). If you do overdraw because they held your funds unnecessarily long for weeks on end? Well, tough. Those funds aren't available to you! There are soooo many other reasons why this credit union is beyond-the-pale horrible, but here are just a few. In contrast, Chase bank had a similarly summed check deposited on the same day from the same corporation, and my funds were available the next business day. The head teller called me and followed up with me in a manner exemplifying great customer service. I'm so glad to be switching away from Magnify. What a joke of a company.
