Abysmal Customer Service. I applied for an auto loan because they seemed to have the lowest rates around. When I did I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours for a decision. I'm at 3 weeks now and finally got a hold of someone at the office (no one picked up for 3 or 4 calls during normal business hours -- I was on hold for about 10 minutes each time). When I finally spoke with someone I was told it will be another week until I'm approved because both the Loan Officer and the CEO are on vacation. There were no follow-up calls, or any kind of notice. I also had to fight them to get any kind of information. Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union seems to be poorly run and I would not recommend them for any kind of financial assistance, unless you want to waste a good chunk of your life on the effort.

This is by far the worst bank ever! They never pick up the phone, they’re inconvenient . I’ve been waiting to receive my debit card after they canceled it after fraudulent use for a whole month now everyone has been saying that I’ll receive it at different times and then now I’m hearing I have to wait two more weeks and there’s nothing they can do after I’ve waited such a long time! Horrible customer service

The location at the Government center is Barely open. Im going to move my money to Fulton where they have accessible ways of getting my money Red Rose really Sucks!!! With thier Half ass to barely never open hours

Worst customer service. Between the attitudes everytime you call, the disorganization, and the incompetent staff, they deserve less than one star. I've been waiting 6 months for them to resolve one issue, and 3 months for another. If not for me calling and emailing everyday, they wouldn't even bother to fix anything. I have been with this credit union over 10 years and it has gone down hill year after year. If you're looking for a good credit union, I recommend Member's 1st.

My credit card was hacked! 11/27/17. (Yes, it happens) However, what transpired after this in December 2017 is the reason Red Rose Credit Union is receiving a terrible review.Many institutions will notify you if any out of normal charges are made. My credit card was for emergencies only and was only used a handful of times in 5-6 years. I received a statement with an additional $410.00 made in my name. I was hacked. (Once again, it happens)I went in the the main branch (1010 New Holland Ave.) I asked to speak with someone who handles this. The teller brought over Liz. She stated she handles these situations and is in charge of this. She said:- "I will send out a new card"- "I will submit this claim to insurance"- "I will follow-up with you" Today is January 8th 2018. I still don't have a new credit card, I still have and NO ONE has followed up with me. I have had to call in to the branch to reach her. THIS IS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a feeling if this was a RRFCU's employee's personal credit card, things may have move much faster.I never write negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. Bank somewhere else.

Horrendous customer service from the Mortgage Division. Trying to get a HELOC and NO proactive communications. Had to call them constantly to get updates or move the process along. If it weren't for the lowest 10 year rate around I would NEVER do business with place.

Unbelievable went to cash a check drawn on this bank. They charge non members 5 dollars to cash it ok I can do that I know it's the going rate. Then they can't even figure out how to cash the check for me or what to do with the fee. The teller's phone keeps ringing the spider man theme after several minutes getting no where I lost it and left never have i seen a more unprofessional business. Good luck if you go here.
