Client Review on Lancaster Red Rose CU

My credit card was hacked! 11/27/17. (Yes, it happens) However, what transpired after this in December 2017 is the reason Red Rose Credit Union is receiving a terrible review.Many institutions will notify you if any out of normal charges are made. My credit card was for emergencies only and was only used a handful of times in 5-6 years. I received a statement with an additional $410.00 made in my name. I was hacked. (Once again, it happens)I went in the the main branch (1010 New Holland Ave.) I asked to speak with someone who handles this. The teller brought over Liz. She stated she handles these situations and is in charge of this. She said:- "I will send out a new card"- "I will submit this claim to insurance"- "I will follow-up with you" Today is January 8th 2018. I still don't have a new credit card, I still have and NO ONE has followed up with me. I have had to call in to the branch to reach her. THIS IS PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a feeling if this was a RRFCU's employee's personal credit card, things may have move much faster.I never write negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. Bank somewhere else.
