Mike and his staff at Kings Point Auto were nothing less than a pleasure to deal with. The lack of high pressure sales tactics was really refreshing after two months of working with larger dealerships. I had been looking for a specific car (at a reasonable price) for quite some time and finally found it at Kings Point. They have a really cool/unique collection of cars that will appeal to enthusiasts. The whole process was straightforward and I never felt like they were trying to hide something from me.There were a couple minor issues with the car when I showed to take it home. There was a little bit of water in one of the taillights (hard to catch unless it's just rained and no spare key. Without any hesitation, Mike agreed to send me a new taillight and pay for the spare key once the car had been registered. He has stuck to his word as I have received the taillight and will be heading to VW soon to get the spare!I had a great buying experience at KPA and will certainly come back when I'm ready for my next car.

Bought a 2006 Clk 350 coup car was beautiful and detailed the best they could do Looked fine. I went over it because I’m a maven with my Mercedes Benz. It’s still looks great Blk on blk Mike wife was pregnant due any day and gave us undivided attention Will go back soon and look for another MB. Thanks

Had a great experience purchasing my 2014 335i xdrive with a 6speed manual (rare find) everything was quick and easy, Mike tries to get you the lowest interest rate on the Island and is very knowledgeable.. It is a very relax environment and he doesn’t make you feel like your obligated to buy a car, I would definitely recommend people going there and once im ready to upgrade hes the first person ill be visiting!THANKS MIKE!!!

Not professional i brought a porsche 2009 from this dealer paid for an extendend warranty 5000$ an they did not honor it i was given every run around i took my back for repair several times the problem was never diagnosed the mechanics were lazy i had to take my car else where i may have to call the NEWS on this one i feel i have been ROBBED sale man named MIKE

Went to see a car that was advertised as "immaculate showroom condition". Was advertised $2k above blue book top price, so figures this was an amazing car to look at and could negotiate the price to something reasonable. Got there at opening time and the owner was 20 minutes late opening the location. Said he would be out with the car in 5 minutes because it was inside being detailed. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to bring the car out. When he did, the car was in awful condition. Within literally 2 seconds of seeing the car I saw a huge 2-3 inch dent in the very middle of the door. Closer inspection showed more dents and dings all over the car. One side mirror had so many 1-2cm chips completely gouged out that it would need to be completely repainted. He said he could fix it all for under $200, but if that was all he was spending and him lying about the condition of the car, I know the fix-it work would be sub-par. The final straw was him saying, "well this *is* showroom quality as far as a used car is concerned." Walked away from that with not more than a few more words exchanged. Unless you are super close and can go see the car you are interested in with little time wasted, this dealership is not worth the drive.

Overall great experience at dealer! Would recommend this place and definitely will return to purchase more vehicles in the future. 2013 Subaru WRX Hatch; purchased on December 12, 2017.First off I'd recommend doing your research on not only the establishment that you're looking to purchase a vehicle from but also the vehicle that you're interested in purchasing as well. With that being said, I've been searching for a Subaru WRX/STI hatch in a manual transmission for the past year or so with no luck. Fortunately I found a listing online through Craigslist that led me to Kings Point Auto. I emailed & called Mike regarding this WRX to see if it was still available. Not only did Mike email me back, but he also called to let me know it was still available and if I was indeed interested to fill out the loan application online , which I did. Mike called me back same day to give me good news that I was approved, and at a low interest rate at that. So immediately after work on this same day, I went to see this 2013 Subaru WRX hatch in person. Soon as I walked in Mike greeted me, & as soon as I said my name he already knew what vehicle I was here to see. Seeing this WRX hatch in person looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Mike even allowed a test drive with no problems. After the road test he let me continue to check the car out, allowing me the time & space to just view it over myself. So it turned out that this WRX was actually a limited edition, even better! Seeing the car in person with the test drive I was sold. Mike went over the details (which he actually previously let me know what I'd be looking at already over the phone) interest rate was low, monthly payment was within the amount I requested to stay within, in addition to a low down payment of only $500! Which included title, tax, fees, registration & plates. I was able to drive the vehicle off the lot same day, all I had to do was call my insurance company to make it official. Overall vehicle price was still lower then what the dealer brand retails it for, which was even better! The time spent at this dealer was no more than 2 hours at max, Mike was super friendly & helpful, I'd definitely recommend this facility if your in the market for a newer car, Mike will make it happen!
