Feedback:

Charles Tates and Teresa Mabry were excellent in their service and tirelessly worked to the end to accomplish my loan process and make it as smooth as positive as possible. If I had 10 thumbs, I would give them 10 thumbs up but unfortunately, I have 2...lol. Thank you and the entire team at InvesTex Credit Union in all branches. Excellent service to cater to my needs since 2017!

Not a good experience at all, had to go there several times to get anything done, which is really a problem when I live 45 minutes away when there's no traffic. Through all of this they would not tell me anything useful and when I emailed, the replies I got were very unprofessional. After having to do all of these trips I was lucky that everyone was busy so the manager helped me and we finally got something done. After all of this I'm going to be taking my money somewhere that has good customer service.Also the open hours, as of writing this, are wrong so I added a picture of the correct hours.

We were customers awhile back, for 10 years. My husband and I came in to open a new account, and paid a small balance we owed. We were told after we paid to come back Monday ,and we would not have any issues opening a account. Monday came and we were told we couldn't open a account after a credit check. We had one account from 2013 when my husband lost his job. I was upset because we were returning customers with history, it was far from the lady being personal. She just said No, we can't help you with just that one issue. Never asked what happen. In life stuff happens to people out of their control. When and if they would have taken the time to see our history with them ,they would have known why it happend. Take time with people and it will go along way.

I’ve been a member for years but there has been some terrible changes in customer service in the last two years. The turn over rate is so high with their employees you don’t know any of the tellers anymore. When you call in to mobile banking you get conflicting advice on banking issues that should be common knowledge among employees. Since I lost my previous job there were some times were I overdrafted and instead of getting a kind understanding demeanor I was treated like my money didn’t matter. Doesn’t my money go into the pot also? Doesn’t it help pay your tellers and loan officers? Doesn’t it keep your Credit Union open? Then why am I treated less with respect when I fall on hard times. When I was depositing 2k checks into your bank people knew my last name and didn’t bother to ask for an ID because they knew my face. Now it’s the exact opposite (maybe that can be attributed to the high turnover rate). Either way I plan on canceling my account and moving to another credit union. (Zero Stars by the way)

I have been a member since 2001. Unfortunately the service, including e-bank (which extremely unhelpful) has been very poor the last few months. I closed my checking account a month ago and will be closing my savings this week.

ABSOLUTE TRASH OF A COMPANY! IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'VE APPROVED THEN DENIED MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND RAN THEIR CREDIT EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW THE VEHICLE WOULDNT WORK.

I absolutely LOVE this branch!!!! They help me with all of my finances in a very professional and cheerful way! The atmosphere is ALWAYS welcoming and I've NEVER had ANY issues banking with this branch. I'm so happy I chose to become a member of this credit union!

One of the worst credit unions I've ever had to deal with. I don't know why we stayed with them for over 5 years. We switched over to Investex for "convenience" but it has been nothing but hassles. Online system is a joke even after all the new system "updates". They don't even provide envelopes for cash deposits. A teller said "just paper clip it". Customer service is just terrible. You have to sign in and wait, though most of the time no other clients are there. I can pile on smaller incidents. The manager always seems "busy" and never has your undivided attention(I apologize if it's a disorder) and offers little help. Though the drive-thru tellers have been courteous, we've only dealt with deposits. There are no perks, online system is very limited, and business hours are not very convenient( if you work a 9-5). Disputes on fraud are very slow and almost impossible to resolve, don't expect a resolution.
