Feedback:

They have no way of getting a hold of ANYONE after hours and it is ridiculous especially in a case of emergency. Awful banking system.

Fantastic personnel with a GREAT attitude and always a smile. They work with the community and have been nothing but wonderful to deal with. Getting a car loan was an easy experience and saved money from not have to deal with a bank or a dealer. Always fun to bank here!!! AWESOME!

Very nice and trusting bank to be apart of. All though I am not a current blanker there, I know many that are and they have all sounded very satisfied with the bussiness here. ive heard they are very loyal to you as a customer and they make it there jobs to know each and every need on a personal or bussiness banking level. It is very clean and comfortable and in a very nice area. I would absolutley recommend here for anyones banking needs around this area.

We've had a rocky relationship with this location so I guess 3 stars is the best I can do. We had issues with shared branching early on (about 2 years ago) that weren't exactly resolved as much as they were accepted as limitations. There are some great folks who work there and are very helpful, but there seems to be some inconsistency lately. Most recently our family had a major financial issue and our checking was overdrawn. Despite my communication with the bank and continuance of regular direct deposits they still closed my checking account. There was no note of my most recent conversation so there wasn't much I could do. It's disappointing since I did what they asked me to do, make regular deposits and communicate often. Our financial situation is more stable now and ultimately this is just a bump in the road, but I'd prefer to bank with a location that considers the human relationship with cooperative customers in addition to the information on the screen. The judgmental attitude of the bank teller when I was asking how I should proceed didn't improve the situation either. It's been a crappy summer. It would have been nice to hear a friendly voice, even if there was no way to resolve the situation.

I wish the stars went lower than a one. I have banked there for 7 years over the past six months there attitudes have completely changed. It's like your bothering them and they have no problem talking down to you.. in the process of closing out all accounts...

I came in on Tuesday 6/13/17 and spoke with Patty the loan officer about an auto loan. She gave me an application and told me that myself and my cosigner needed to fill out the information, and submit it in the drop box after hours so she could view it the next morning. It is now Friday 6/16/17 and my application is nowhere to be found. She or someone else working here somehow lost it. There was sensitive information in there. I am sitting inside the bank as I type this and we brought our issue to her attention. Instead of taking us right away to resolve our issue, Patty said nothing to us, and took another customer and proceeded to shut her office door. Very unprofessional. My cosigner has been banking here for 40 years. I wouldn't reccommend trying to get an auto loan from here. Especially since they lose applications.

I've had great experiences here, the staff is helpful and friendly, they've helped me build my credit with small loans at reasonable rates, and while there are some tech features that would be nice to have, the general service puts them ahead of most larger banks in my opinion.
