Client Review on Integrity Federal Credit Union

We've had a rocky relationship with this location so I guess 3 stars is the best I can do. We had issues with shared branching early on (about 2 years ago) that weren't exactly resolved as much as they were accepted as limitations. There are some great folks who work there and are very helpful, but there seems to be some inconsistency lately. Most recently our family had a major financial issue and our checking was overdrawn. Despite my communication with the bank and continuance of regular direct deposits they still closed my checking account. There was no note of my most recent conversation so there wasn't much I could do. It's disappointing since I did what they asked me to do, make regular deposits and communicate often. Our financial situation is more stable now and ultimately this is just a bump in the road, but I'd prefer to bank with a location that considers the human relationship with cooperative customers in addition to the information on the screen. The judgmental attitude of the bank teller when I was asking how I should proceed didn't improve the situation either. It's been a crappy summer. It would have been nice to hear a friendly voice, even if there was no way to resolve the situation.
