Absolute criminals! Same story - purchased a vanilla visa gift card that said "activated" on the receipt but did not activate. Was given the usual stalling line of needed 3 business days to "investigate". Over the 72 hour "investigation" period their customer service picked up my call almost immediately after getting into the que. Now that their time is up I have waited nearly 45 minutes and still not gotten off of hold. I'm moving on to filing complaints (BBB, attorney general) and initiating a small claims lawsuit. Please post if someone initiates a class action suit - I"m Definitely in.
