What was the best part of the experience?

No good comes from them, they are deliberately slow in processing your ACH, and they are stealing the interest off of YOUR money.

What would you change about the experience?

I would have them process the ACH as fast as the company they took over.

These people don't answer the phone. They process payments late, and have so many complaints on the BBB and CFPB that it seems that some government agency would be there to stop them. If you use these people for ANYTHING, you will regret it like the thousands of people who get their payments delayed. If they don't answer the phone, they don't have any way for their victims to get to their money faster. Lost my card & had no cash on me, was 300 miles from where I was going, they sent me a wire transfer through western union. Would give 4 stars due to the crappy 1st layer of customer service drone but the supervisor really stepped up.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CARD!!! I BOUGHT THIS CARD FROM A 7-11 TWO DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THE CARD I PAID ONE BILL. I DID NOT USE THE CARD AFTER I TOOK MY KIDS TO A RESTAURANT THE BILL CAME UP TO $50 THE BILL I PAID A BILL IN THE AMOUNT OF $61.00 THE CARD WAS HACKED SO THEY SAY AND $437 WAS USED FOR FAN DUEL (REEEAALLY) THE CARD HAD BEEN HACKED BEFORE WE WENT TO THE RESTAURANT. THE MERCHANT AT THE RESTAURANT ONLY CHARGED A $1.15 UNTIL THEY BATCH AT THE SHIFT. WELL THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD I AM THERE WITH MY KIDS AND I FIND ALL OF THIS OUT AND NOW I AM THINKING I AM LINKED TO A CRIME. I CALLED AND REPORTED EVERYTHING TO THIS FRAUD SYSTEM AND THEY TOLD ME 45 TO 90 DAYS. I DID MY OWN LEG WORK AND CONTACTED THE MERCHANT THAT MY MONEY WAS SPENT AND THEY SAID THEY AGREED WITH ONE V AND I SHOULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK ASAP. I CANNOT EVER GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PASSING THE BACK. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CARD ANYMORE. BUYERS BEWARE THIS SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE INFINITY THAT IS HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, then we would. This company is definitely a joke. We have been waiting 6 months to receive a replacement card and they refuse to send it with a tracking number. What kind of a company these days can't provide tracking numbers? We'll never buy gift cards provided or serviced by this company again

This company is a joke. You place money on the card and it has both names on the card but now they are refusing to allow us to remove the money that is on that card. I have spoken with multiple people for days and sent them seven emails and 2 faxes. We will be addressing this issue with assistance in the near future if there is no proper response to this.

Absolute criminals! Same story - purchased a vanilla visa gift card that said "activated" on the receipt but did not activate. Was given the usual stalling line of needed 3 business days to "investigate". Over the 72 hour "investigation" period their customer service picked up my call almost immediately after getting into the que. Now that their time is up I have waited nearly 45 minutes and still not gotten off of hold. I'm moving on to filing complaints (BBB, attorney general) and initiating a small claims lawsuit. Please post if someone initiates a class action suit - I"m Definitely in.
