Hired For: Mobile Processing in 2020
What was the best part of the experience?
No good comes from them, they are deliberately slow in processing your ACH, and they are stealing the interest off of YOUR money.
What would you change about the experience?
I would have them process the ACH as fast as the company they took over.
Overall Feedback:
These people don't answer the phone. They process payments late, and have so many complaints on the BBB and CFPB that it seems that some government agency would be there to stop them. If you use these people for ANYTHING, you will regret it like the thousands of people who get their payments delayed. If they don't answer the phone, they don't have any way for their victims to get to their money faster.
