Feedback:

Not many months ago my husband passed away. My credit/debit card kept being denied. I found that the manager at Westminster Had frozen my account. Left me in quite a mess in quite a bit of time wasted with her

Feedback:

Great bank. All locations have wonderful folks eager to help.

Feedback:

Joe Revard is unprecedentedly the worst employee you have, apparently “teachers should get a better job”

Updated Review (4/17/2019)========================I was phoned directly by our local branch within one business day! We were immediately put onto the paper statements mailing to help with future incidents. The original misfeatures I cited have all been brought to the attention of the corporate office, for consideration as future improvements. We were also encouraged to directly meet with BethF at our local branch and sort through our needs. All in all, this was an exemplary response that shows that ICCredit Union listens to its customers. When I eventually observe real progress with the cited online banking shortfalls then I will give the full five stars, gladly.Original Review from 4/15/2019==========================Folks are friendly and location convenient to our main business office, but I have found this financial institution more difficult to work with than other local banks for our small business. All my difficulties relate to online banking. Many examples come to mind, all which make performing year-end analysis and tax prep harder (and more expensive -- since all missing records seem only to be available with a hefty Research Fee). Examples -- (a) only last 5 months of e-statements are available (earlier than that, you have to review CSV files or use a limited transaction search so you either have to opt for paper statements or frequently download your own PDFs before they expire from the system)., (b) your written check images are only available for those five statements (ie, you cannot get an image of a check earlier than this via online banking), (c) searching history is limited to 540 days, which is not enough when working on your taxes, if you have requested a 6 month deadline extension, (d) downloading historical transactions (already limited to 540 days) can only be done in 45 day increments, so no easy way to download an entire year of data, (e) there seems to be no way to request paper copies of statements be mailed. All of the four years of our transactions and check images couldn't take more than 1 GB of space, likely less than $10 of server resources, being generous. Apparently, the difficulties imposed on business customers is worth this small savings. By comparison, our Cornerstone Bank allows me access to all 8+ years of statements from our accounts,, I can download a year's worth of data a one time and I can have paper statements mailed every month.

Feedback:

I am a long time customer of the Credit Union and lately I have experienced a steady decline in the quality of the customer service. Even assistant branch managers are unable to accommodate a transaction that deviates slightly from routine. I am very disappointed.

Feedback:

I've had nothing, but friendly and professional service at IC. If the tellers can't get what you want/need, then the managers go out of their way to get it done.

Feedback:

I appreciate the consistently high level of customer service I receive at IC Credit Union. No matter which branch I use, the tellers are so helpful and willing to work hard to find a solution when there's an issue. They are always friendly and welcoming, even if I have never seen them before! Other banks (without naming names, of course) should take note of how the employees at IC treat their customers.

Feedback:

Can't pay auto loan online...need to mail in a check.

Feedback:

I had moved from SE MA to this area and needed a CU for savings and checking. I have always banked with CUs as I thought they are more personal and have better rates, until I went to IC. There was no information at the desk on the services provided just a flyer on suicide prevention. I sat for a half hour and was ignored including the staff person who came out to talk to someone near me but did not acknowledge my existence. I felt invisible. I finally went to a teller who gave me a list of services and then asked a coworker to help me. She didn't. When I read the handout I was astonished. You need $1,000 in your account if you want free checking. If you have direct deposit, the $7 a month fee is waved but you need to wait 3 months --yes, three months-- to have bill pay. Hello? This place is badly managed and does not remotely measure up to the standards of CUs. A local person told me they didn't like IC. I now know why. Bank of America is more personal and helpful. I'll take my business elsewhere and I'm sure they don't care.
