Feedback:
The support at this company is atrocious. We have constant problems and you generally get nothing but excuses, unreturned emails/calls, and other issues.Most recently, we were down about 3 weeks at one location due to their terminals being out of date and them unable to even ship a new unit to the correct address.I would avoid Helcim.
