We have used Helcim as our payments processor for over three years now and have always been 100% satisfied by the terms and the service. We process a high volume of low-dollar value payments. The overall cost is the best available (or, so we are told by other companies that unsuccessfully pitch us their services). We originally came to Helcim after seeing their recommendation on the Merchant Mavericks site (check out the info there). The initial attraction was the month-to-month contract. We stay long-term with Helcim because we want to, not because we have to.

I've been with Helcim for 2 years now and chose them after a fair amount of research on processors. Helcim pricing was easy to understand and their services fit my needs as a Canadian small business owner. Ongoing service has been excellent. I get clear answers and in a timely fashion. They have proven themselves to be customer focussed and I have no hesitation in recommending Helcim.

I ordered the terminal from Helcim but there was no tap function on it, and Damian (a staff works in Helcim) tried really hard to help me. He emailed me all the steps and teach me how to download the program. first one doesn't work and he emailed me second one, third one and finally I got it. Thank you

I am a client with Helcim since February 2017 and the customer service is really impressive. Really happy with my decision to go with this company for merchant processing. Any issue or concern I've had was addressed right away and resolved quickly. This company is transparent with no hidden fees/costs. It's all straightforward and explained, plus their credit card fees are very competitive. I would recommend Helcim to anyone!

Helcim is amazing!! I'm so happy I went with them. They genuially care about you. They want to see your business be successful. They really are in a class of their own. Alot of companies in this industry will charge higher fees then Helcim and lock you into contracts that are confusing for merchants. This is not the case with Helcim. They have been with me since the start of my journey when I opened my business. As the business has grown, I have appreciated their ongoing support. These guys are a true champion for small business. I highly recommend Helcim!!

Helcim customer service has always been fabulous. Call the help / send an email and get a real person. That real person patiently figures out what the problem is from my imperfect description of symptoms, then that real person solves the problem - no handoffs, no music on hold, no deflecting the problem back to me. If the problem cannot be solved then-and-there, they confirm customer contact information and let you go - they do the running around, and they get back to you within hours with a solution or with a target date/time. And they get back to you on that date/time (+/-). This on top of the best rates going. And they are Canadian (although the actual processor is Elavon out of the US).
