Every day, we set out to create a better payment experience for our merchants. That means we have to do things differently from the big banks, including putting honesty and transparency first. You spend less time worrying if you’re paying too much, and more time knowing that we’re here to help anytime you need it. We’re relentless in our pursuit to raise the bar and deliver a service that redefines what a merchant should expect from their payments company. We believe that by creating an easier, smarter, and more affordable payment solution, we can enable more businesses to get paid and grow. And when small businesses thrive, we all succeed.

How does Helcim's pricing work?
  • helcimcanada
  • Nov 09, 2020

Helcim bills our merchants using Interchange Plus pricing, which is widely regarded as the industry's most transparent and affordable billing practice. Your transaction fees are adjusted to reflect the interchange rate for each transaction. Always know exactly what you're being charged for. We tell you our margin and how different transaction types and cards affect the interchange fee. There's no need to call and renegotiate rates because as you process more, Helcim automatically lowers your processing rates based on your three-month volume average.

What fees does Helcim charge?

At Helcim, we believe in complete transparency with our merchants. We see the way other providers treat their merchants with hidden costs, escalating rates, and confusing statements, and we refuse to sink to that level. We charge our monthly fee of $20 (which we waive for the first 3 months) and that's it. You just pay the monthly fee and for your monthly processing. We don't charge any extra fees whatsoever. No hidden costs, no setup fees, no cancelation fees, no PCI fees, no pass-through fees, no monthly minimums, no fees for using our additional software tools. The only fee we charge is a $15 fee if you incur a chargeback, but if you win your dispute, we will waive the chargeback fee. Come experience Better Payments with Helcim today.
