Feedback:

Shared branch location, good walk-up ATM. Easier to get in and out of than St. Louis Community Credit Union just north of it on Big Bend.

Feedback:

I wouldn't recommend this Credit Union if you're looking to get the run-around. they never have a straight answer and everyone always tells you something different. I would not even worry with this Credit Union. Also it takes forever for payments to go through into your account and don't use PayPal and try and get money transferred into your account because it takes even longer than it should.

Feedback:

I could not be more pleased with the staff and service I receive every time I walk in. I am greeted with smiling faces and happy employees. Business with Health Care Family Credit Union has been smooth and beyond exceptional. I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone.

Feedback:

I’ve been with the Credit Union since 2010 and I’ve found the teller staff and business managers to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. One of the many great things about banking with a home town Credit Union is “everyone knows your name”, so to say. I’m greeted at the door and always wished a good day upon leaving. I’m proud to be a HCFCU member.

Feedback:

I've been with them for almost ten years. They always have gone above and beyond for me. (Excuse the Google name. My son did that...lol).

Feedback:

So far so good. I have been banking with them for about 10 years. They helped me get a car and made sure I was comfortable with the payment arrangements. Although they where unclear of how my CD worked when I did one, the service was considerate. Still paying on my car and I have a goal of buying my first house with them. So the next update will be how that experience went.

Feedback:

very disappointed with my experience today. I went in to deposit a check into my business account, and I knew this was a shared branch with Neighbors credit union, of which I am a member. Knowing this, I made sure to have my account number, ID, and anything they may need. For some reason they could not pull up my account. They could pull my personal information, but not my account. I even had a copy of a check draft with matching account numbers on my phone and a copy of the check so I don't understand what the deal was. I've worked in banking, and this is the first time i've ever heard of not being able to pull up an account when this much information was provided. The teller was nice, and tried to call for help, but I guess whoever she called was too busy to actually come assist in person. If that's the case, they need more staff. all around bad.

Feedback:

I had been wanting to open an account at this credit union for several years, ever since doing private hospice care with a man who banked at this place. Their slogan is, “You take care of us, let us take care of you,” but nothing could be further from the truth. In the month and a half I banked there the management told me twice that I could be a criminal for all they knew. Once was when my mother signed a check over to me that was for me but her friend made out to her. I understand that they might need to place an extra hold on the funds but they wanted my mother, who works and lives closer to the other branch in St. Peter’s to come to the Richmond Heights branch to verify that she actually did sign the check over to me. The manager told me I could have found the check in the sidewalk and signed it over to myself. I work in healthcare, I care for elderly people with Alzheimer’s disease, I get background checked every 90 days, I’m not going to risk my nursing license and livelihood over a check. Plus if I did “steal” the check I would have to be a moron to deposit it into my account, with all my personal information being available to police if the check was indeed stolen. I advise against banking here, they do FAR from take care of you, it seemed to me they tried as hard as they could to make my life needlessly complicated. Stay away if you would like an easy banking experience. The tellers and non-management staff were nice though.

Feedback:

I have banking at health care family for over 20 years and have never had a problem until today. I move to another state but kept this account because I still come back to St. Louis every other weekend to see family and work part time for them. I have been doing this for over a year now. I get paid by check and always cash my check and put some into my account. Today health care told me they would have to hold my check but I had enough money in my account so I could just take that out until my check cleared. Remind you I’ve been banking with them for over 20 years and over a year going in to cash a personal check from a family member. Never had a problem until today. Very unhappy with them today!! I have had home loans and car loans with them. I think it’s time to move my account.

Feedback:

The employees are always nice but after a certain time of night the "system" is "busy". You can not only NOT view your account information but you can not use your debit cards while it is "busy" or "offline". This is a huge inconvenience if you're out somewhere in the middle of the night and need to use your debit card. Your card will decline as if your account is empty.
