Went to the atm at the bank deposit $160 bank showed $120 got scammed out of $40 told bank to review the camera they said the woud review it week later got a letter said the atm wasnt over.Dont do business with this bank.Why woud i lie over $40.

Zero stars was not an option, otherwise that would be the rating. Jessica Espinoza needs sensitivity training as do the automatons on screen. Thirty years wasted on this institution.

After 40 years of being a member I finally quit! Today talking to the wall gives you better information than GTE. At least the wall doesn't tell you things that are wrong. Hey, today you go to a branch and you get to actually talk to the wall. That is a TV screen on the wall. And did I mention their interest rates on savings SUCK! Yes, they pay so LOW that it actually SUCKS the money right out of your account compared to other places to invest. GOOD RIDDENS GTE !

I am not a member but after the experience I had I will avoid doing business with GTE Financial at all costs. They are members of the CU Here network which allows members from other Credit Unions to use their ATM service charge free. Which is great it makes thing more convenient for me as to not have to drive to my credit union to withdraw cash. But their ATM captured my debit card and the machine would not return it. I went back the next morning and since I am not a member they refused to give me my card back. I had my ID I could prove the card belonged to me and they all refused saying it was their policy. I had to drive 30 minutes away to the closest branch of my credit union to order a new card and take out money. This is a terrible policy and if this is how they would treat someone who may one day be a customer I would hate to see how they treat their members.

I have not been able to use my debit card because GTE keeps placing a block on my card thinking its fraud. I have called over ten times in the past two months for the problem to be corrected. And the issue is not solved. My last attempt to have the problem removed..... I was told I needed to go buy something so they can see what's going on. When there is a clear history in their system of rejected transactions. To top it off the service member hung up the phone on me. Large inconvenience. Been banking with this bank for years, never had a problem like this until now. Looking for a new bank immediately.
