Feedback:

I have not been able to use my debit card because GTE keeps placing a block on my card thinking its fraud. I have called over ten times in the past two months for the problem to be corrected. And the issue is not solved. My last attempt to have the problem removed..... I was told I needed to go buy something so they can see what's going on. When there is a clear history in their system of rejected transactions. To top it off the service member hung up the phone on me. Large inconvenience. Been banking with this bank for years, never had a problem like this until now. Looking for a new bank immediately.
