If I didn't still have residency in Greenville I would not be a customer of this credit union. Their customer service is terrible and they prefer to talk to men in the family about account issues, rather than the women even if the main cardholder is a woman. Every time that I have deposited money in person it is always put in the wrong spot, be it in checking not savings or vice versa. Their services are limited and every time I try to make a purchase outside of the Greenville area they shut off my card, perceiving it as fraud and causing me to call them regularly to assure them it is a legitimate purchase.

I have a bank account with these guys. And I ONLY got one because they allowed us a loan. Which is fine. But they consistently screw us over with their mobile banking. Even though I'm writing EVERYTHING DOWN, " pending " transactions make it appear that things have gone through when they actually haven't. I keep getting hit with fees. And they give you NO time to put money into your bank if you over draft. So if you over draft, you're out of luck. Most banks allow at least 24 hours before charging you over draft fees. This one does not. Oh and they DON'T offer any sort of overdraft protection. They CLAIM that they do. They will make excuses saying that your turned off over draft protection when you NEVER DID! It's seriously not worth it to us and we will be switching back to Bank of America. Today, our mortgage went through. We woke up to $1400+ in our account. Around 10AM, I checked my account again and our mortgage went through and they charged us ANOTHER $30 FEE!!! When we called them today, their employee accused my husband of lying by telling him that it was " impossible " that our account was showing $1400+ Their loans are the only thing worth staying. And even those we will be refinancing just to get away from this bank. Do not open an account here unless you like shotty mobile banking and being stolen from.

This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever worked with. Tracy who works in the call center is horrible when it comes to costumer services. I opened my account about two years ago and when I started using my account for my business, I ran into so many issue. My account was flagged which caused me not to be able to order things I needed for my company. I had to go up to the bank only to be told by the breach manager Leslie Rivera and the teller Janet, that all accounts with them have a daily spending limit of $2000.00 and there is no way to uplift this from the accounts. I also found some information on my bank statement that had inaccurate information on it. I was then told by Tracy who works in the call center that my account wasn't a business account which I had signed up for and that it is just a personal account with a company name on it. I was told that I couldn't make international transactions which did not help my company at all, considering I had a product that I needed for my company which was a international charge. The banks responds to this that I couldn't not use the product because they would not allow the transaction to go through. After all the issues and having to deal with their rude staff, I finally found another bank that could handle and meet my companies. I closed out my account last Wednesday only to get a call from the teller (Janet) who helped me close my account, saying that they had to open my account because they didn't catch a charge that the bank had took out off my account. The bank had already paid my website but fail to take the money out of my account. I asked how can you close the account when you say I had a pending charge which I had already made sure that nothing was pending, that way I could close my account. The responds was that the bank didn't put a hold on the money. Now my account has been opened back up without my knowledge and had to pay the money they didn't take out of my account. Even though I had closed my account and was no longer banking with them anymore I still to deal with the professionalism and the same issues that caused me to close my account. I would not recommend this bank to any business or person to use.

EDIT: They made up some bogus day of Friday that I supposedly came in! Unprofessional staff members. They're not looking out for your best interests. When you go inside, it's almost as if you are interrupting their day to take care of an issue (talking about the people in the glass window offices). Unfortunately this credit union does not prioritize its customer's interests.

I have been a member with this bank for almost 10 years. In the beginning it was an ok experience but there were just little small issues. Now it is the most frustrating bank I deal with. Ever since I had an issue with them reporting my credit card information accurately to the bureaus and filed a complaint and had to get department of consumer affairs involved, I feel as if they have flagged my file. They are always rude and not helpful with the situation. Now that my file has been flagged it is even worse. I will be writing a letter to the board about the unprofessional experiences I have encountered.
