Use Thrive for our Restaurant POS. Tech support is hit or miss and sometime you get a call back sometimes you don’t. I’ve called about recurring problems and there’s been no fix. Most recently there was a bug discovered in the system making a receipt printer unable to print credit card slips. I called on it for 2+ weeks and no solution thus far. Most recent call I was told that it wasn’t a high priority case and a patch would be created sometime.. A paying client shouldn’t be told their issue isn’t of priority.. it should be taken care of.

If you are looking for a point of sale look elsewhere. Basic functions lack and support is terrible. End of day reporting is consistently off. Support doesn't know how to fix. Constant errors and issues during rushes. Employee management is antiquated. I currently have 6 open support cases and the overwhelming answer is "we'll look into it and get back to you" or "it's a bug in the system we are working on". Greg Shope Berthoud Pizza Company

Have been dealing with this company since opening my Restaurant in January and have had nothing but a bad experience when it comes to customer service and support. I recently upgraded from firefly to thrive and everything that was working perfectly before is no longer working. Many of my menu items don’t ring in correctly depending on which computer within my store I use.... even though the backend configuration price is correct... coupons aren’t working.... and if I’m not here to check ticket prices employees don’t bother or care so losing money.... my support case to have these issues fixed was created over 2 weeks ago. Every day I call and every day I’m told someone will contact me and I’m ignored. Frustrating when I spend money paying this company to do these things for me and then treated as if it’s not a big deal. Whoever reads this review I Hope will get the hint of my urgency!
