Use Thrive for our Restaurant POS. Tech support is hit or miss and sometime you get a call back sometimes you don’t. I’ve called about recurring problems and there’s been no fix. Most recently there was a bug discovered in the system making a receipt printer unable to print credit card slips. I called on it for 2+ weeks and no solution thus far. Most recent call I was told that it wasn’t a high priority case and a patch would be created sometime.. A paying client shouldn’t be told their issue isn’t of priority.. it should be taken care of.
