Have been dealing with this company since opening my Restaurant in January and have had nothing but a bad experience when it comes to customer service and support. I recently upgraded from firefly to thrive and everything that was working perfectly before is no longer working. Many of my menu items don’t ring in correctly depending on which computer within my store I use.... even though the backend configuration price is correct... coupons aren’t working.... and if I’m not here to check ticket prices employees don’t bother or care so losing money.... my support case to have these issues fixed was created over 2 weeks ago. Every day I call and every day I’m told someone will contact me and I’m ignored. Frustrating when I spend money paying this company to do these things for me and then treated as if it’s not a big deal. Whoever reads this review I Hope will get the hint of my urgency!
