I went in to Gems N' Loans to purchase a engagement ring for my Girlfriend I explained what i was looking for and the price range i had and Lucy took control and i couldnt be more happy about what she chose for us. Lucy and Vilma were amazing! And if my Girlfriend says yes i will proudly give them a 10 stars out of 5! Thank you ladies very much. I will be back soon.

Gems and loans in vista is hands down The best place to go around San Diego . I have been coming here for about ten years and they have always helped me and been fair. sometimes, more than fair with what they have given me on loans. They also have an amazing selection of jewelry at a great price! Just don’t tell my wife I got our engagement ring for so cheap. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming and there is never any judgement! Thank you so much gems and loans for everything! Customer for life right here!

Very informative and friendly service, a little undervalued in terms of the difference between loaning my items and selling them I prefer to go to the oceanside location to get a higher offer but vista is very conveniant and service is quick. Greatly Appreciate the help.
