Gems and loans in vista is hands down The best place to go around San Diego . I have been coming here for about ten years and they have always helped me and been fair. sometimes, more than fair with what they have given me on loans. They also have an amazing selection of jewelry at a great price! Just don’t tell my wife I got our engagement ring for so cheap.
