Lucy gave unsolicited advice and was extremely rude, loud and grouchy. She needs to retire. I’ve been here before and have received great service. (At the Oceanside location) I even bought jewelry from Rolando at the Oceanside location where they treat you with dignity and respect! Rolando and the guys at Oceanside even gave me a set of earrings for my purchase of over $1,000. I’ll only be going to the one in Oceanside moving forward.
