I’ve asked this bank to remove my name and address from their mailing list numerous times. If they can’t do something that simple, why would I trust them with money?

The worst customer service I have ever experianced. I was solicited a credit card. I thought ok. So I applied and recieved my card days later. With a member fee of 87.77.So I downloaded a phone app to install my payment method. I paid the 87.77. Three days later I discovered my payment method was missing a digit. So it was flagged as a return. I called customer service. The lady helped me fix the payment method. However I had already made 3 payments with the old payment missing a digit. After I had fixed the old payment with the new one by adding "1" DIGIT. I made 3 payments that were accepted. Leaving a balance of 160.00 that I could not pay cause they closed the account. I lost 87.77 that they will not refund. All this in 2 weeks. The wost customer service I have ever delt with. I feel taken advantage of. They took my 87.77 and would not listen. Just kept repeating its not me its company policy. What jerks. I advise to not do business with these charlitians.

Fees, fees, fees. This used to be a good bank. Now they nickel and dime your account. Nothing else to say. Switching to a credit union.

Crooks. Paid my account off with 1st payment. They said my account is a high risk account and closed it. So basically they were not making money off me and closed my account.

Customer service is horrible. Today, there were 8 tellers and 2 more ladies standing by the front. Not one said hi when I walked in or greeted me at all as I'm standing there waiting for a teller to notice me and do my transaction. I'm in weekly and it's the same thing every time. They're more concerned with having a conversation than helping customers. If my business accounts weren't here I'd never step foot in here again. Highly recommend AGAINST opening an account here. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customersEdited because they've gotten better about these issues. I still would never use them for personal business, but at least I don't hate coming here anymore haha

Participates in predatory loans. Just received an amazing* offer of 36% APR with $95 one time activation fee, $99 annual fee $45 each year, and $30+ in late fees. Hilarious. People poor and stupid pick up things like this only to get in debt. Thanks for the chuckle, your letters will help stoke my fire.
