Client Review on First PREMIER Bank

Customer service is horrible. Today, there were 8 tellers and 2 more ladies standing by the front. Not one said hi when I walked in or greeted me at all as I'm standing there waiting for a teller to notice me and do my transaction. I'm in weekly and it's the same thing every time. They're more concerned with having a conversation than helping customers. If my business accounts weren't here I'd never step foot in here again. Highly recommend AGAINST opening an account here. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customersEdited because they've gotten better about these issues. I still would never use them for personal business, but at least I don't hate coming here anymore haha
