Used atm at pilot truck stop in Ia., it didn’t despense my money but took it off my acct. on hold 40 mins finally was told $ was being reversed.well that was a lie. Nxt a.m. was told there’s nothing they could do. Now that’s BS!!! Don’t use Fcti Atms ,crooks where is my $????? Hsd to have my bank dispute it won’t know for 7- 10 days Damn

A complete ripoff. They trick you into multiple fees by making you sign in multiple times. I got charged $10.50 for literally ONE withdrawal. Beware of these scammers!!!

Worst ATM EVER! Went to take money out and it did not dispense no money but yet withdrew it from my bank. Waited to talk to customer service for 30 plus minutes. Will never use their ATM again. Be careful!

I also fell victim to this Company. Try to get $120.00 out of the ATM at the Pilot Truck stop in West Memphis AR. And disputed through my Bank this Company kept refusing my Bank and Now!! I still don't have my money. FCTI claim they have the receipt to prove money dispensed out of ATM when I received nothing, so Therefore I have to get a lawyer involved to get the funds I rightfully deserve!! Yes I said it and the best advice I can give all of the past costumers!! Is to get legal aid because it's stealing Point Blank. But you better believe all of these days waiting to get my money will pay off pretty soon!! Because I'm taking my money and more to the Bank when I'm done. No one deserves to be treated this way especially when it's their hard earn money. You have a receipt that shows proof well your going to have to do better than that because I have Video evidence. The atm services they offer don't charge money to receive funds through certain banks. Great experience so far.

The complaints already listed are 100% accurate. The ATMs have failed mid transaction on a couple of occasions. However the last (and final) time no cash was dispensed; the machine crashed no receipts were dispensed. I thought ok I’ll call the 800 # on the machine...is your call center outsourced to a correctional facility? Seems like it. The operators basically told me “sorry take it up with your bank” they were the rudest unsympathetic (1st step in any customer service recovery ) dismissive reps I’ve ever encountered: bad attitudes and worse grammar . Note the free tip above to your customer service training department, if that is they can read or know how to use a computer. Fortunately my bank told me that their job is to protect me and will absolutely dispute it, my bank actually apologized for FCTIs incompetence which they had no obligation to do, but that is customer service. Yes I’m furious but more so with the way they handled the situation rather than the 80$ which I won’t see for 5-7 days. Avoid these ATMs . Your company has soiled its reputation for a lack of customer service training.

Horrible! I will never use them again. What takes 30 days to investigate I didn't receive my money? It's been 3 weeks and technology isn't on your companies side to determine someone didn't receive THEIR MONEY? No wonder your company only has 1 star.
