The complaints already listed are 100% accurate. The ATMs have failed mid transaction on a couple of occasions. However the last (and final) time no cash was dispensed; the machine crashed no receipts were dispensed. I thought ok I’ll call the 800 # on the machine...is your call center outsourced to a correctional facility? Seems like it. The operators basically told me “sorry take it up with your bank” they were the rudest unsympathetic (1st step in any customer service recovery ) dismissive reps I’ve ever encountered: bad attitudes and worse grammar . Note the free tip above to your customer service training department, if that is they can read or know how to use a computer. Fortunately my bank told me that their job is to protect me and will absolutely dispute it, my bank actually apologized for FCTIs incompetence which they had no obligation to do, but that is customer service. Yes I’m furious but more so with the way they handled the situation rather than the 80$ which I won’t see for 5-7 days. Avoid these ATMs . Your company has soiled its reputation for a lack of customer service training.
