I also fell victim to this Company. Try to get $120.00 out of the ATM at the Pilot Truck stop in West Memphis AR. And disputed through my Bank this Company kept refusing my Bank and Now!! I still don't have my money. FCTI claim they have the receipt to prove money dispensed out of ATM when I received nothing, so Therefore I have to get a lawyer involved to get the funds I rightfully deserve!! Yes I said it and the best advice I can give all of the past costumers!! Is to get legal aid because it's stealing Point Blank. But you better believe all of these days waiting to get my money will pay off pretty soon!! Because I'm taking my money and more to the Bank when I'm done. No one deserves to be treated this way especially when it's their hard earn money. You have a receipt that shows proof well your going to have to do better than that because I have Video evidence.
