Feedback:

Great Rates, friendly staff, it is in the comfort of FDA main building, Mr.Nick DI Bari helped me out in getting a personal loan with great rates. The staff is really professional and I really like the atmosphere.

Worst customer service ever. I was locked out of my account for a “fraud alert” which was alledgedly released by fed financial on a Friday only to find out they had NOT done their job leaving me without funds while traveling with my mother on mother’s Day weekend. Card services blames the branch, both blame the fraud department - no accountability whatsoever. And none of the departments work together- each has a separate number and their own line of BS as to why someone else was reslponsible. I am closing my account and switching to Navy federal Monday. There never even was fraud in the first place.

This is a credit Union not a regular bank, but they do have mobile deposits now which is great and a large between of ATMs. However, don't expect all of the same services you might get at regular bank. They also offer higher interest rates on checking accounts and give you interest quarterly.

They only compound interest quarterly. You can't do mobile deposit unless you have a checking account. They didn't get back to me for a couple of weeks with my info when I tried to open it. All in all if you want to bank in this millennium, I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Very, very friendly staff; but, unfortunately limited hours, poor interest rates compared to other similar institutions and poor customer service make this a bad choice for even credit union banking. Examples: notary service not complimentary for members, customer service could not tell me location of ATMs, took numerous attempts to get someone to call me back when I wanted to talk about a home loan, etc. No conveniences such as check cashing through a mobile app, etc. Website has glitches as well.

Terrible customer service. If you need a new card, don't count on having it anywhere close to when it was promised. And they'll charge you if you ask for it to be expedited because THEY didn't send it when promised.

This is one of the most ineffcient credit union in the United States. I have been with them for more than 15 years. I rarely have issues requiring my dealings with them. Today, I erroneeouly requested a check withdrawal on my savinsg account from my mobile device which they would have to send to me at my home address. Upon notice, I immediatley called to have the transaction cancelled. They do not have cancellation button or option in the online transaction. After they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes, and speaking with a "supervisor" I was told I have only been dealing with the call center that my cancellation request cannot be done. They suggested I speak with a bank branch employee but came back that there was no one at any bank branch to speak with me but could leave a message that would rbe returned in one to two business days. Really, by then my check would be delivered (I hope) and today is Friday.I respectfully told them, I will be taking steps in the next couple of months to sever my realtionship with them. I will be moving on to a more efficcient bank or credit union.

I have been with this bank since 2011. 2 years ago my name changed and I called to get new cards with my new name. 1) I was charged 10 for each new card; 2) for one card it took me calling 5 times before they sent me the correct card with my name change. They are very friendly but their customer service isn't good at all!

This bank charges a monthly dormant fee of $10, if you forgot to use the account for a year. It would slowly eat into your balance. Never heard of such ridiculous charge at other banks. The change in location also caused some trouble to find it and finally my account...My advice is to stay away.
