Worst customer service ever. I was locked out of my account for a “fraud alert” which was alledgedly released by fed financial on a Friday only to find out they had NOT done their job leaving me without funds while traveling with my mother on mother’s Day weekend. Card services blames the branch, both blame the fraud department - no accountability whatsoever. And none of the departments work together- each has a separate number and their own line of BS as to why someone else was reslponsible. I am closing my account and switching to Navy federal Monday. There never even was fraud in the first place.
