Feedback:

We actually have been with Elevon for years and nearly never have had a reason to contact them for service issues. That being said, we've only needed to cancel a charge maybe twice so I don't have a ton of experience with the customer service aspect. I own a DJ company and we do manual card entries only - it's pretty simple and straight forward. We always get the payment quickly and the app has never been down (yet). Recently they changed apps from Virtual Merchant to Converge and it's just as easy. I did have to call to figure out how to set it up but I was on and off the phone with them within 5 minutes. It wasn't that complicated of a question and the person I talked to knew the credentials I needed to enter to get it up and running.Anyway, we love it and we have been happy for years.

I have had one of the worst experiences with this company. Full disclosures not given when account was set up. Rep was misleading. Services did not work and caused customer issues. Requested cancellation. Then charged for not filling out necessary forms I did not know needed to be filled out. Elavon did credit after three months of charges. Still did not close after the second request. And then we were charged an annual fee (that I was not advised of). Took talking with supervisor and almost another hour of my time today to get that $100 credited and the account closed. A lot of headache for nothing.

lost thousands of dollars then claimed they were not at fault and could not find. Customer service manager Alisha was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Please save yourself the trouble and use a different company.

They won't cover their customers when THEIR system allows a fraudulent transaction to go through. Don't offer online payment solutions if you aren't going to do a better job preventing fraud. Terrible company and customer service, I'm out $5150 because of this company.

Terrible company for customer service. The phone numbers on web site are not working numbers. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. They have access to my bank account but they won't answer the phone. I've left messages for CS to call me or email me back. No reply.

If I could give this company a "0" star rating, that would still be too much credit (pun intended).Their customer support staff is rude, and technologically-illiterate, unable to open simple Google Drive linked attachments.Here's to hoping the next recession puts them under.

Our business has successfully run credit transactions for many years using Elavon. Only a few times did we have a problem and both were terminal issues. Each time they immediately came to our rescue by helping us to correct the issue with a new terminal. I also purchased my equipment through them and once it failed after a year or so. We received a replacement within days to keep us up and running. Thank you Elavon! I am only now closing my account because we are able to retire and enjoy our time in the countryside. Gone fishing!
