We just closed today and I can't say enough good things about C&T, and especially Stephanie. She guided us through everything and made the whole process efficient and painless. She was there every step of the way to answer any questions and deal with any issues and kept the whole process very transparent. We went through several offers and several changes and she was always there and always available for whatever we needed. If you are going to go through the home buying process, you definitely want a professional like Stephanie and a company like C&T in your corner!

Carrie at C&T got our executed contract on May 4th and we closed on May 21st. It was an extremely easy process and Carrie made it very pleasant. I hope not to move again but if I do Carrie will be my first call.

Kelly Chavez with C & T Mortgage is absolutely the best! I have never in my life had the kind of experience purchasing a home like I have going through this process with C & T Mortgage. It was the most stress FREE process. Kelly communicated with me immediately with what documents needed to be provided or the 1000's of questions that I had and took care of all the "behind the scenes processes" without a hitch. I recommend C & T Mortgage to everyone I meet that isn't a home owner. Hands down the mortgage company you should purchase your family home through. I had a wonderful experience with C&T Mortgage. Tami was beyond helpful in every way, especially considering I was a first time home buyer and had a LOT of questions for her. She made sure to work with me and find an awesome rate. She was totally on the ball and responded really quickly whenever needed, working hand in hand with my realtor and made my life really easy. Would call Tami and C&T again in a heartbeat, I could not imagine anyone better!

Tami Channel is a God send. She worked very hard for us and when issues arose (which they often due when purchasing a home) she was there to help us through it but gave us vital information to help us in the future. She is caring and invested when aiding us in buying our home. I cant say enough about her, except she made our experience SO much more bearable.

C&T Mortgage Inc made our homebuying process beyond easy. I've applied for auto loans that seemed more lengthy than this process and I believe it's due to how much they take care of on your behalf, not to mention they treat you like family. There was absolutely nothing negative in our whole experience, which is not what I was expecting being a first time homebuyer.

Lauren Dauzat... use her. She's amazing and was always available! I could text her a question at 9 at night before bed on a weekday and she was there for me. She was sure to answer everything and laid it all out smoothly. We had a rushed close because Rocket Mortgage screwed my husband and I over (Never use them!!). They were terrible, and delayed our closing by not disclosing important information to us. Bad communication. And then once our rate was no longer fixed, they up charged us and had many fees. Nevertheless, I'm thankful it happened because we recieved a lower interest rate then I ever thought we could get with C&T and no extra fees. C&T Mortgage saved us and allowed me to close on my dream home
