Overall Feedback:
Lauren Dauzat... use her. She's amazing and was always available! I could text her a question at 9 at night before bed on a weekday and she was there for me. She was sure to answer everything and laid it all out smoothly. We had a rushed close because Rocket Mortgage screwed my husband and I over (Never use them!!). They were terrible, and delayed our closing by not disclosing important information to us. Bad communication. And then once our rate was no longer fixed, they up charged us and had many fees. Nevertheless, I'm thankful it happened because we recieved a lower interest rate then I ever thought we could get with C&T and no extra fees. C&T Mortgage saved us and allowed me to close on my dream home
