I have revised my review from one previously posted. This is because after Credit Union of the Rockies read my review they acted promptly to resolve the situation. I had my title within two days of this posting. For my first review read below. Thank you for fixing this situation! Great job!First Review.They did a OK job on the loan, however I cannot get my title from them after I paid the loan off. It has been 3 months and and 5 calls to them. They can’t seem to return a call or provide my title. Very poor follow through and service.
