Hi Family &friends! Please listen, l wouldn’t recommend you to let this Credit Union bank hold on your cash.They are not nice, they can take out amount of money, on your checking, and savings any time they want , without letting you know ahead. They will not protect your money.... l think this not right. However, your money, you can let anyone take care of it. I’m here to tells, please be careful, to find the right Bank. Who can secured your cash better, but not this type of bank!!!

Not a very user friendly bank with no offerings you can't find elsewhere. The online system is by far the most cumbersome I've used since cell phones have been widely available. They lAlso seem to rely on outdated tactics to produce income. An example of one such tactic is to inform me of a hoop to jump through in order to not pay a fee for car insurance. We recently changed insurance providers and they were informed that we cancelled our policy, which is correct but were also informed the asset is now covered by another company. Apparently this isn't good enough for CU Denver and they need me to upload my full policy to their terrible online joke of a system or they will just have to kindly provide me with coverage at a cost exactly 10x the current active policy.I find it interesting that no one does this anymore except CU Denver. Not Premier (great), Navy Federal (good but too big for its own good), 1st Bank (decent) or Elevations (also great) so get with the times CU Denver and update your practices to reflect you respect your customer.

I've been a member for over 20 years this bank has done nothing to help me. I have nothing but problems with my debt card its always getting but on hold because of some suspicious activity lol yeah right I bought something for $1.99 and what that was suspicious bull everytime with this bank I'm done I had all three of my adult children with this bank one left and now where leaving this useless bank

Set up a HELOC recently, So convenient, most everything was done via a secure portal and email with Will. He always responded very quickly to acknowledge emails. When it was time to sign and close, we were able to come in separately as my husband and I have crazy schedules. 20 minutes from parking lot, to signing and back out! Sweet!

Apparently the have no mobile app! Website interface is very poorly designed lacking any path to a mobile app.

I came here to get a loan refinanced, but I almost backed out of the deal when I stepped inside. I don't care about construction. I care about how easy it is to access my account and it was like stepping backwards in time. I thought they were going to blow dust off a card imprinter.I figured atleast there would be coffee since there were so many people waiting. Nope, a gross water fountain that you have to put your lips on if you're feeling thirsty. Maybe the construction project will add another water fountain.This is a bank with upper management that either don't understand technology or don't have the budget for it. Every system they are using is outdated. As far as I can tell, the same is true for most of they're in house security software. it's not patched and up to date either.I can see why they were desperate enough for customers to knock 2% off my loan.All of it goes to show you that they don't care about the customer. They're focus is on your wallet with minimal attention paid to you.
