I came here to get a loan refinanced, but I almost backed out of the deal when I stepped inside. I don't care about construction. I care about how easy it is to access my account and it was like stepping backwards in time. I thought they were going to blow dust off a card imprinter.I figured atleast there would be coffee since there were so many people waiting. Nope, a gross water fountain that you have to put your lips on if you're feeling thirsty. Maybe the construction project will add another water fountain.This is a bank with upper management that either don't understand technology or don't have the budget for it. Every system they are using is outdated. As far as I can tell, the same is true for most of they're in house security software. it's not patched and up to date either.I can see why they were desperate enough for customers to knock 2% off my loan.All of it goes to show you that they don't care about the customer. They're focus is on your wallet with minimal attention paid to you.
