Client Review on Credit Union of Denver

Not a very user friendly bank with no offerings you can't find elsewhere. The online system is by far the most cumbersome I've used since cell phones have been widely available. They lAlso seem to rely on outdated tactics to produce income. An example of one such tactic is to inform me of a hoop to jump through in order to not pay a fee for car insurance. We recently changed insurance providers and they were informed that we cancelled our policy, which is correct but were also informed the asset is now covered by another company. Apparently this isn't good enough for CU Denver and they need me to upload my full policy to their terrible online joke of a system or they will just have to kindly provide me with coverage at a cost exactly 10x the current active policy.I find it interesting that no one does this anymore except CU Denver. Not Premier (great), Navy Federal (good but too big for its own good), 1st Bank (decent) or Elevations (also great) so get with the times CU Denver and update your practices to reflect you respect your customer.
