Feedback:

Great store. You have to know your prices to know what is a good deal, but there are many. Especially like the men's traditional fit button-down dress shirt - it would be perfect, except for the permanent-press creases they put straight down the middle of the back. Whoever makes them in Indonesia apparently doesn't know that the box pleat isn't supposed to be pressed more than an inch or two.

Feedback:

Always good and great bargains. It can get very crowded though; both parking lots and cashiers might have line ups during busy periods. The best time to visit is early mornings.

I had a bad experience with one of your products, you changed the type of large bottles of water and have gone with the smaller green bottles.Well I got one and installed it on my water cooler and the bottle started to shrink and turn into an odd shapes. I figured my water cooler has a problem and I started looking to get another one.Then I said what if it's this bottle and sure enough, the problem is the bottle.That bottle does not have an handle and it's harder to handle.It might be cheaper but it's smaller, hard to handle and does not workwith water coolers. It's a problem to recycle, it does not fit in the blue boxand you have to tie it down or the wind takes it away.So it's not a great idea.So go back to the old style bottle please.

Broke my frames and was told there’s nothing they can do for me. The most terrible experience is having both the assistant manager mark at the Brampton location and the optician florica both tell me they Costco never asked for my business. Is this good customer service from a huge company like Costco? Not to mention I have to pay a membership fee for this service. Costco what do you have to say about my customer experience?

Good Store Great prices meat is excellent. Can be very busy and hard to find parking spot but worth it. Also have propane drop off tank and pick up whenyour finished shopping

A Costco Warehouse pressured me to upgrade my membership to an Executive level and told me a bunch of untrue things to pretty much trick me into thinking it was a good deal. I don't shop there a lot so it didn't make any sense to do it, but the person promised me if it didn't work out in the end I'd be able to cancel the membership before it expires and I'd get the money back for upgrading so it was a no loss situation to me. I should've known better because that obviously wasn't the case since then everybody would do it. Anyway to make a long story short I never received my money back and to make things worse I never received my rewards cash back cheque I earned during that time so when I tried to complain about it I got the run around. They kept telling me to contact the Corporate office and then Corporate kept telling me I should contact the Costco Warehouse. They kept pointing the finger at each other.Nobody was able to help me and I ended up down grading my membership back to the regular Gold Star one.Please no matter how they try to spin it and tell you all the benefits do not upgrade to an Executive membership if you're just a casual shopper like me.
