Feedback:

A Costco Warehouse pressured me to upgrade my membership to an Executive level and told me a bunch of untrue things to pretty much trick me into thinking it was a good deal. I don't shop there a lot so it didn't make any sense to do it, but the person promised me if it didn't work out in the end I'd be able to cancel the membership before it expires and I'd get the money back for upgrading so it was a no loss situation to me. I should've known better because that obviously wasn't the case since then everybody would do it. Anyway to make a long story short I never received my money back and to make things worse I never received my rewards cash back cheque I earned during that time so when I tried to complain about it I got the run around. They kept telling me to contact the Corporate office and then Corporate kept telling me I should contact the Costco Warehouse. They kept pointing the finger at each other.Nobody was able to help me and I ended up down grading my membership back to the regular Gold Star one.Please no matter how they try to spin it and tell you all the benefits do not upgrade to an Executive membership if you're just a casual shopper like me.
