Broke my frames and was told there’s nothing they can do for me. The most terrible experience is having both the assistant manager mark at the Brampton location and the optician florica both tell me they Costco never asked for my business. Is this good customer service from a huge company like Costco? Not to mention I have to pay a membership fee for this service. Costco what do you have to say about my customer experience?
