I decided to purchase my car when the lease expired. Christian Financial had the absolute best rates. It wasn't even close at least 1% lower than any other bank or credit union I could find including my normal banks for personal or business accounts or my home mortgage. I would highly recommend you consider them for your car loan, refinance or lease buyout.

App is constantly down, their website is ALWAYS having issues leaving me with absolutely no access to my accounts after hours. Customer service reps are extremely disrespectful and rude. Nothing, absolutely no paperwork gets done right the first time so you have to call and explain that the first person didn't do what they said they would. Interest rates are ridiculous. There is nothing Christian about this place. HORRIBLE!! Absolutely a joke. I tolerated their banking for over 5 years, I will be switching banks!

Me and my mother come here and this is probably the worst place on the planet. Literally every single time i walk into this building not one person in this bank knows what is going on or how todo their job. Not only me or my mom every time i come here there is at least 1 person complaining or having a issue because YOU guys can't do your job properly. Were switching. If i could i would give you guys 0 stars.

Okay so yes. The lines are long. The outside atm is seemingly always down. And the hours aren't the most convenient for people who work full time. But I have always had amazing customer service here, especially when I had a problem. When $500 was fraudulently stolen from my account I really felt like the staff went above and beyond to reassure me. They were extremely helpful informing me of what steps I needed to take to fix the issue, and answered all of my questions. Plus my money was (provisionally, but still) back in my account the same day! Everyone I've met there has been friendly and helpful, but especially Gigi and Colleen. The great customer service more than makes up for the other inconveniences. I'm really mystified by the negative reviews here. I've been a member since I was a little girl (way back when they were Serf Credit Union), and I am happy that I've stayed! Even when my employer offered a special partnership with a different credit union I chose to stay at CFCU.

Worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of being involved with. I've been banking with them for at least 5 years and I can't wait to get the most recent issue resolved so I can finally leave and go somewhere better. I've had consistent issues with trying to get overdraft fees reversed because for some reason, their ATM never seems to be functioning. Dealing with who I assume to be the manager, her response was that there are multiple ways to deposit money and I should come inside (A convenience that most people who work most of the day don't have) or there is an outside walk-up deposit box (in all the years I've been banking with them, this is the first I've ever even heard of this). I was refused an overdraw reversal, in which case I now have to wait for someone else to approve. I came in a few days ago and their change machine was also unavailable- which seems to be a consistent theme with this location. Everyone I've ever known with an account here has had complaints, and I'm embarrassed that I've stuck around this long with them because it has led to nothing but frustration.

It's been good customer service everytime I have came to this location so far and I always try not to give a rating anywhere I haven't been a few times to be sure I don't make a judgement off one visit.
